First post:)I am on v1.9.5.1While we are transitioning from outlook based workflow to osTicket, it is desired that the emails get to the agents mailbox (outlook) as unread.The problem lies in that osticket while fetching the emails, it also marks them as read.Does anyone have a solution for this?Thank you!

I don't know enough about the IMAP spec to know if there is a way to get around this.  I'll ping the devs.

I'm using v.1.14.1. Do you know if this issue is solved in this version?

@mega1989 this isn't an issue and how IMAP works. The email is read, as it was read by the ticket system so ...
