Good Morning,We are currently experiencing problems with the osTicket system, when a ticket has been responded to an email has been sent informing the ticket creator of a response of a ticket response. But when a ticket has been received an auto response out of office has been responded back to the ticket but on response, creates a brand new ticket instead of updating the original ticket, and looks to be in a continuous cycle of creating new tickets.Is there a way of fixing this issue?Kind Regards,James Lugton
