Hello, I am just wondering how do i stop getting emails as an agent? I have over 1000+ emails a day for new people submitting tickts..

Thank you.Are the legitimate tickets and ticket updates?  Because if so then you probably shouldn't disable them.  Is your user also a department manager or admin email? Then you could scale back the messages with a config change.  Regardless of the answers to your questions you can go to: Admin panel -> Settings -> Alerts & Notices and change the number of emails you get system wide for all staff.Lastly, most email clients these days have email filters.  You might want to look into using them for your organizational purposes.
