I'm trying to locate tickets that have been closed, but they won't show up in any searches as the agent who was assigned and eventually closed the tickets. They are showing up on the user side, however. I don't have either of the Exclude options turned on in ticket settings, and I'm out of ideas. 

As an administrative user (who is the same user who closed several test tickets), this is what I'm seeing in the search results. I've tried with and without a date range, and "School" and "Priority Level" are both fully selected.

Tickets that are not assigned to your department, that you have access to when its assigned to you... you lose when its closed.  Because its not assigned to your department.
