Hi,Is it possible to attach the addressbook from microsoft Dynamics to the email field of osticket to insert a ticket.e.g. when im enabling a new ticket there is a autofill in the email and company field.Is this possible ?
I have never used Microsoft Dynamics CRM, so I have no idea. If it resolves down to an email address you should be able to use the email address.
Yes, there are two layers, name and company name. when you type this in it auto fills by itself.If you have an idea how i could test this it would be great.
