Hello everyone. I installed the v1.9.4-rc2 version. But even after deleting all ticket (open / closed / assigned / overdue) on "Control Panel -> Activity of Tickets" section continues to show statistical data. How do I do to delete these statistical history so that the graph start from "zero"? Waiting for a response. Thank you!

Well, I found a solutions for it. It's necessary to empty the table "ost_ticket_event" on mysql. It can be done from the "phpMyadmim".However I still see in the statistical section, table below of the graph only number "1" for all columns. Why will it? Someone knows to say?
