I can confirm that the Ticket Filter is working as I can change the Auto-assign To in the Ticket Filter and it will change who it is assigned to, but it seems to be skipping the Help Topic (field right below). The Help Topic is always blank (set to Private/Internal or Public). I can manually edit the ticket and select the Help Topic.
Using: v1.9.3 (bba9ccc)
