And do those css files exist?

They do exist...the folder I dropped everything into is support ( so domain.com/support ) looking at the log at the second hit down its looking for /css/osticket.css, bba9ccc is it missing "support/"? Just a thought, or does the weird "bba9ccc" have something to do with it? I'm at loss at why this is happening.

Whats your Helpdesk URL at: Admin panel -> Settings?

It looks like ROOT_PATH is not being setup correctly. Could you share some information about your server configuration: what path is /support/ served from on the filesystem? Do you have a virtual directory or website configured? You can configure the ROOT_PATH in the config file by uncommenting the lines that define it and set the ROOT_PATH to /support/

Setup as website c:\inetpub\wwwroot\gps\ and then support is nextI'm not certain what config file your talking about sorry...still learning.

You're talking about the ost-config.php I'm a bit slow sorry about that.Yes I have checked that and it was un-commented already with /support/ Just to see if i could break it, I changed it to /support1234/ and it made NO difference. I still get this (see attached).

Not to mention, the three links up top dont work and are missing /support/ but the "open a new ticket" and "check ticket status" are working and have the /support/ in the link.

I really could use some help on this.

I got it.It was the web.config file provided in the install. Once I copied over it with a default web.config file it works great.

I'm going to close this thread since you have found your own solution.I'm glad that you got things sorted, please feel free to start a new thread if you have another question.
