We would like to set up osTicket such that it knows which day is a holiday. Can we do that and how? Thank you!
There is no way to do this at this time.I'm not aware of a feature like that even being worked on at this time.

yeah, +1, on this. additionally, not having weekends count against SLAs would be great ("Business Days" only)i would manually enter the holidays if i had to

1. There is no plan to add the holiday feature to osTicket.2. The holiday feature will be an item on the enchancement list of osTicket.
