Hi, We dont have user account registration policy. Any one can create tickets in our local network. we have two email domains like @[deleted] @[deleted] i want to create tickets only from these two email domains. i tried with ticket filters but it didnt work.Thanks in Advance

What version of version of osTicket are you running?Other people have used ticket filters to achieve this for a single domain.I've never tried it for two though...  I'm not sure if you can do two that way because filters are a little limited in matching.

Should be possible. Have not verified, but I would use match any and two rules (one for each domain) inside a filter or create a filter with a regular expression matching either the first or the second domain.

hello I have the same problem, I would accept tickets are from email with domain @ example.it, @ example1.it and @ example2.it.
I've created 3 different rules but I can not make them work
