Hello,i have a problem with osTicket, when a new Ticket is created there will be no E-Mail for the Support Crew. The settings are fine - a test E-Mail from osTicket works fine.Here some infos about my installation:http://i.imgur.com/rTJS5aE.pngI hope you can help me out!

You haven't given us enough information to actually provide you with assistance (such as email settings, Alerts & Notices settings, Department settings, etc.)Please check Admin panel -> Settings -> Alerts & Notices and check New Ticket Alert.Then check the default department that you are assigning tickets to at: Admin panel -> Staff -> Departments and check Autoresponder settings.

Looks like you are using not the official osTicket version!As a translator/proofreader of the German translation of the official osTicket, it took me only a few seconds to see that this is not an official osTicket version.Different reasons why this is the case:- osTicket 1.9.3 has no support for multilanguage!- the translations is totally different compared to the official translation!From which source did you get this osTicket version?!The official osTicket can be found here:http://www.osticket.comhttp://www.osticket.com/downloadhttps://github.com/osTicketI guess I do not need to mention that there is no support for non-official osTicket versions like yours.
