I receive the following message when I enter a new ticket and click "Create Ticket" (there is about a 20 second or more pause) and then:
Warning: mail() : Unable to send message to SMTP server. 5.7.1 Command not allowed

Also, when I use the "Test Outgoing Email" option in the admin panel, the test completes without a hitch.I checked that the Exchange server (2010) will allow anonymous relay from 192.168.200.200 (I can telnet from the the web server to the Exchange server anonymously) and everything seems OK but I continue to get a much longer delay when I create a ticket and the error appears at the top of the page.Ideas?
