As part of a new installation of 1.9.3, we have the default email template.One of these contain the poster name. However, i cannot find anything on the tooltip nor the wiki.Does this value even exist?
Unfortunately not all variables seem to be documented, but they exist.But ntozier has a good article with the variables at his page: http://tmib.net/osticket-191-email-template-variables
