e-mail template and Collaborators

Hello,when I reply to a notification e-mail notifier gets my answer by variable %{response}Unfortunately, added Collaborators to ticket getting raw variables such as % {response} on e-mail.How can I fix it? Someone have same issue?

A couple things, We do not support your webserver, and I have no experience with that flavor of webserver.1.9.1 has had several bug updates and the current version is 1.9.3. I would recommend that you upgrade and see if you are still having the issue. You can also check the provided default templates and see if the variable changed. For example you may want to use: %{ticket.thread.lastmessage}
