Hi there,This is my fourth issue with osTicket. It seems, that I am really stupid.blankI cannot find any error message on this screen?

Have you setup or changed any required fields in the Admin panel -> manage -> forms?

I did not. I have validated this by checking the column "last updated" in the view and they are all exact the same and my installation date & time.

I run osTicket 1.9.3 as mentioned in the tags.In Ticket details: Only "E-Mail-Adresse" and "Problem Zusammenfassung" are marked as required. They are the only existing fields.In Contact information: Only "E-Mail-Adresse" exists and is marked as required.

"Problem Zusammenfassung"?Are you running a version that you got from some place other than osticket.com?Are you running a language pack?

I run the version I got from osticket.com and installed the german language pack from osticket.com

Set your language back to English.Uninstall the language file. They should never be used in a production environment and are not ready.  They will and do break any current installation.

A fresh install (including dropping the database, of course) without the german language pack resolves the problem.The popup opens now correctly and offers the Full name-field. Great!You - or whoever is able to - should remove the language packs.

I do not have access to edit the web page.  Although when I go to to the download page I haven't seen the language packs for quite some time.

I found the link via google searching for osticket languages.

It's my understanding that the 1.9.4 rc1 is testing the language files and will be available shortly.  So hopefully it wont be too long before the links are actually needed. :)I'll mark this thread as resolved and close the thread. Please feel free to start a new thread if you have another question, comment, feedback, etc.
