i've recently installed osTicket using the setup.php. Now I see this:

blank

Where is this ticket? There are no filters set.

Have you setup any departments?  Is your user a member of said departments? It looks to me like your account does not have access to the department that the ticket is assigned to.

My User has admin rights and is part of the only department I've configured.I have removed the "Limit ticket access to ONLY assigned tickets."-checkbox. So this user should be able to see every ticket.Everytime I try to access the ticket list I receive an error mail mentioned already.

You told us in that thread that you got those emails during installation....Based on what your seeing, you should re-confirm your users group membership and department memberships.

As the moment, I wrote the thread you've linked I haven't recognized when I receive the mail mentioned there. As stated, I receive this mail every time I visit the ticket list.I checked the tables. ost_ticket with ticket_id = 1 has dept_id = 1, topic_id = 1ost_department with dept_id = 1 has a valid entry which is my primary department.ost_ticket_thread with id = 1 has user_id = 1 which I believe is me. pid = 0 and staff_id = 0. I assume pid is parent_id and fine but should be staff_id any other value than 0?

Have you set your account to English and removed the language pack?

A fresh install (including dropping the database, of course) without the german language pack resolves the problem.

I'll mark this thread as resolved also and close it.As before please feel free to start a new thread if you have another question, comment, etc.
