[resolved] Hostgator Fetched Emails Move To Folder

I have been unable to specify a folder to move fetched emails to.If I type INBOX it works but it would be better if I could create a backup directory for the old messages to be moved to.Anyone surmounted this obstacle and won?

My understanding is that you have to use the full path that the mail server expects. So you would have to use another program to find out what that is, or contact your mail host. Generally speakings its something like INBOX.yourFolderNameThese is also a bug report on github here that you might find helpful:https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket-1.8/issues/1064
