I've seen this issue posted twice but there were no responses to them. We've had an issue with version 1.8 and 1.9 where throughout the night we would receive new tickets via email and they would be successfully entered into the system. However, the ticket notifications sent to staff are not sent until the first staff member logs in the next morning. Then all notifications are sent at once.I am not sure if I am supposed to set up a cron job and point it to a particular file or if this is how it is meant to work. If someone could shed some light on the subject I'd appreciate it. I know I can just go ahead and create a script and cron job myself, but I'm assuming there must already be something built in.Thanks,James
