I just performed upgrade from 1.6st and found that none of the attachments moved over. I understand from 1.7 attachments were moved to the DB. I've been searching for recommended process to upgrade but did not find anything. If anyone can offer any advice it would be greatly appreciated.

The version I upgrade to was 1.9.2 Actually determined issue when we moved to a new instance the path to the osticket directory had changed. Therefore we had to update path in attachment settings to the correct path.Once this was done and we tried upgrade again all attachments moved over :)
