When I have a ticket open (am actually viewing it) I have found myself often lost to find the title of the ticket (this usually happens while I am talking to a client about an issue on a ticket, and they ask for the title).  Is it a possibility to highlight the title (maybe Red color) or something, in the view mode.

No, unfortunately this is not even discussing the same issue I am bringing up.  That thread is discussing highlighting the ticket within a list of other tickets.  I am talking about highlighting the ticket "TITLE" when the ticket is actually open and being viewed.  So within the single-ticket view mode, is there a way to highlight the title of the ticket, so it stands out from the rest of the ticket's text.

No on version 1.9.7.  So I would have to edit this with each update?

Not really ideal.  Could you look into just increasing the font, or somehow highlighting the title in core.  I think everyone would appreciate this as the title as it is currently completely blends with the rest of the content etc.
