I would like to try to help you with your problem, but this post is nearly worthless.  You are basically going to the Doctor Office and refusing to telling your doctor what your symtoms are and actually expecting them to fix your problem.  Please provide some more information about what your problem actually is.Start by reading this thread: Please read before requesting assistance.You haven't told us the version of osTicket your running.  You haven't told us the version of Chrome you are running.You haven't told us what the actual formatting issue is.You haven't told us what you clicked on so we can try to replicate it.By the way I would recommend a screen shot.
