I think it could be useful to be able to send canned responses in different languages.For example, we usually use Italian responses, but for some foreign users it could be useful to be able to select english or french, even if the staff member doesn't understand that language.Some companies just translate multiple times the canned response text and attach all translations, but I find it really ugly. And deleting 4 or 5 unneeded translation with every canned response is quickly becoming time-consuming...

That's coming as part of the multilanguage support currently being worked on.

I believe thats the plan.  I would actually have to take a look at the roadmap again to make sure... but I am fairly confident that's correct.
