Hello,i want add notifications via e-mail account in which I have some old messages.I dont want delete them, but i dont know how osTicket will react.It will be open new ticket for this old messages? Or focus on new income?Maybe I must put old messages to some folder?
I presume that it will create tickets for all the old emails. I believe that if you put them in a subfolder on the server that it will not read them.
