Yes, I choose this option,user still can not receive the mail.SMTP is OK,it can send mail out.
Then its in their spam box, being blocked by their spam filters, or isn't actually being sent out. I would recommend that you test to find out which the case might be. :)
I have checked,but no mail in the spam box,I also find if we closed the mail. the mail is not sent yet. in the system,it can not automatically sent mail out.
but if we reply the user in the system, the mail will be received.manually sent from system,it succeed.but if the mail is sent out by system ,it failed.I guess there must bu some configuration I need to do,What do you think?
Closing a ticket doesn't generate an email by itself... well unless you use a canned response or type something and tick the "Close on reply" check box.
