I'm sorry but I'm not real sure what your asking.Whats the behavior that you are seeing vs what your expect? What version of osTicket are you running?

Hi Ntozier..Thanks for the prompt reply to my question.I am using a php script to generate an automated email - this email is piped to OS Ticket 1.7 (email pipe) , that creates a new ticket. The output above is an example of the ticket format. You will see that it contains raw html and is NOT the same as the output to another email.Below is the message format from the same 'send mail PHP script' to both OST and a normal email address.OST message contains raw HTML code, whilst the email does not. OST ticket format:<p>Caller Name: credit test</p><p>Postcode: abc 12345</p><p>1st Line Adress: www</p><p>Caller Telephone #: 078587222222</p><p>Emergency Message: ww</p><p>Notes: ww</p>Recipient email format:Caller Name: credit testPostcode: abc 123451st Line Adress: wwwCaller Telephone #: 078587222222Emergency Message: wwNotes: wwTech note: I have other pipes set up and they seems to display Ok e.g. the ticket format is the same as the recipient email format. So I wonder how I can correct this formattin? If you have any idea, I would be very grateful. With kind regards - Daily Oliver

I'm not sure how to assist you on this, and do not even have a 1.7 instance setup and running anymore.  There were a large number of upgrades and patchs to the way mail are handled in the newer versions.  You might want to try setting up a second instance with a more current version just to see if the problem has been addressed already.
