Dear:in admin panel-->email-->email setting,I fill in IMAP and SMTP configuration,when click "save changes",the system shows "setting succesfully".but still unable to receive any mail to system.do you know why?
did you ran chron job?I am using windows based XAMPP so I run scheduled task that execute "c:\xampp\php\php.exe -f c:\xampp\htdocs\helpdesk\api\cron.php" every few minutes.
