G'day guys,Osticket 1.8.1.2 running on shared hosting linux system all requirements met.I've been having this issue for awhile now, but basically its just a matter of when someone emails a reply to a system generated email, the system does not handle the reply separator tag properly. Now this could be the problem of the email program that they are using stripping out the tag as unnecessary I don't know, but how can I put something in place that prevents this from happening? I currently have this there "--- Please do not edit ---" without the inverted comma'sWhat do other people use?Cheers,Steve
