First off:using osTicket Version: 1.8.1.2I have created new help topic of 'Ship Package' to enable users/clients to enter corresponding information to be referred to by the warehouse staff when receiving package shipment requests to prepare the shipping labels depending on the circumstances of the shipment.I have created a new form and have inputted all the fields of data that I would like to include. During the creation of this new form, each new line item would not save unless a custom 'Variable' name was assigned. I assigned each item a custom variable name.Next, I created a new 'Thank-You' page and attempted to input my newly added custom variable names into the thank-you response. It doesn't work, it just echoes the text as-is and not substitute the data as entered….. Why? If I am required to input custom variable names on each form I create, why are those new variables not supported? What am I missing here? I look forward to the enlightenment on this matter. Thank you.
