Using v1.8.0.1

In IE8 it is not possible to attach mote than 1 file. Works OK with other browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari etc. Any workaround?

I'm not aware of any work around, but there was talk about this here on the forums.  Search might find something that I am forgetting.    You also might want to consider upgrading.

We want to  use osticket in a big organisation. Upgrading to IE10/11 or use another browser will certainly do the trick, but is not up to me to decide. I have found a workaround by changing the jquiery version used by osticket and probably should I try this myself. Compability mode does not fix this.
