Hello,I have a quick question about the collaborators functionality. In order to have a full view of a ticket thread, do you know if the collaborator has to have a staff account created on osTicket? If yes, I have no more question. If no, do you know a way to log in him automatically on the guest version of osTicket to provide him the full thread of the ticket? (not in the SCP).Let me know if I am not clear.

My understanding from Peter's posts is that collaborators are intended to be non-staff.

OK it is working fine for collaborators who are not members of the staff. These collaborators receive the link %{recipient.ticket_link}In my case it is a link like the following one: http://XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX/osticket/view.php?auth=c1xciaaaadyaaaaa3M%2FB6eSQ9f0uFg%3D%3DXXX.XXX.XXX.XXX is the public IP address of my osTicket. But I have also internal collaborators in my company, and they receive the same link %{recipient.ticket_link}That is normal because I did not modify the template of "The new activity notice".But these collaborators are on the LAN. And my osTicket server has an internal ip address which is different than the public IP address. So I will add to the template two links. One for external people, and one for the internal one.For the external, I will use %{recipient.ticket_link}For the internal, how do I have to format the link to allow them to connect directly on the guest interface?

OK I solve my problem by registering the same DNS name for my public IP address and for my LAN IP address of my osTicket system.
