We have created a new custom form for register new tickets and have created a new help topic, but when you select that help topic not all the default tikect form desapear, if you see the pic the custom form is written in spanish but the default form for ticket is english and still show in there. Also, we tried to edit default ticket form but we can't erase phone number or edit default fields.Please Help PS we use firefox last version and osticket 1.8.1.2
