My users email helpdesk@mydomain.com, ticket is added, however, a collaborator is added to every new ticket, how can I remove this auto-added collaborator...and they have not CC'd this collaborator account in their email.

What version of osTicket are you running?Do you have any custom ticket filters?Have you altered the core source?

I apologize, the user submitted the ticket via the site, not email.
