The my tickets button has disappeared.I spotted it disappear between manual refreshes. Once.Now it's gone and I haven't seen it since.have rebooted Apache and it didn't help.This effects all staff / admin users.any ideas?

Admin panel -> Settings -> Ticketsdo you have "Assigned Tickets:" checked?do you have "Answered Tickets:" checked?I would bet its one of those.

I think I found the issue. Just noticed it comes back when you have 11 tickets or more assigned.I believe something went wrong when removing "Do something about it" messagehttp://forum.osticket.com/d/discussion//disable-do-something-about-it-messageSOLVED: Rolled \scp\tickets.php to download and re-patched.
