It is the latest version of osTicket.

There are no osTicket errors present in the log you provided.  To get rid of these errors in your webserver log:File does not exist: /home/opalonli/public_html/500.shtmlFile does not exist: /home/opalonli/public_html/404.shtmlFile does not exist: /home/opalonli/public_html/favicon.icoFile does not exist: /home/opalonli/public_html/robots.txtFile does not exist: /home/opalonli/public_html/wp-content/plugins/awesome-support/js/' + item.url + 'Create the files that are stated as missing.  A 500 error is a very general error. From what I can see you are going to Admin panel -> Emails -> your email (email id 1).  Which is generating the 500 error in your web server log. The real error should be in your php error logs.
