Hello,I am having an issue with getting tickets to auto-create from emails when nobody is logged on to osTicket.Server: Windows Server 2008 R2 (IIS7)PHP: 5.3.10So email is generally working fin with IMAP, and when someone is logged in, a ticket is created successfully from the mailbox, and the email is moved succesfully to a subfolder. The only issue is that we need emails to be processed at all times, not just when someone is logged in but i am unsure of how to achieve this.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thank youRichard
