Hi everyone just had a guided update to 1.7.6 due to not having the latest php. But a feature that we used constantly in 1.6.x was that when any activity happened on a ticket someone was assigned they would get an e-mail be it an internal message or a "end user" message. How do I get this feature back? Right now I had a user create an internal ticket and they got the creation e-mail but when I posted an internal question they never got a e-mail telling them they had a response waiting.

Admin panel -> Settings -> AutoresponderAdmin panel -> Settings -> Alerts & Notices

Autoresponder > all on but over limit noticeI did make some small tweaks to Alerts and notices but it didn't help here's how it's setup now http://screencast.com/t/kzfnzoIHOnDoes it have something to do with the system e-mail?
