Hi, I need some Facebook integration. So what I did so far was setup Facebook to send an email when someone post something and put some filters in place to get this notification emails to generate tickets. The problem I'm facing right now is that whan I answer the ticket from inside OsTicket interface, Facebook responds saying something like, I cannot post without text (or something like that). According to (https://www.facebook.com/notes/facebook/replying-to-comments-through-email/206480947130) it is not difficult and I already tryed to change the defailt "reply template" to have the "%{ticket.thread.original}" but it made no difference.If I answer the email from any webmail it will work, but not from OsTicket, and I can't figure out why.The only way I was able to post back from OsTicket was using canned attachments, and in this case, Facebook wold post as a comment, the content of a attached txt file. It doesn't make any sense to me!Some one have any idea how to get OsTicket send response emails as an ordinary webmail would do, so Facebook will understand it?Thanks
