Hello,We're new and really liking the system. We recently got the email pipe working (for the fist week we used the auto-cron)Messages to our support@blah.com email address are making it into the system, but it's not triggering the an autorespoce that the ticket was received. All other mail functions are working. (Once we added the ticket number to all subject lines!)Any insight would be appreciated.MarkWe are using the PHPmail sending processServer InformationosTicket Versionv1.8.0.2Server SoftwareApachePHP Version5.4.24MySQL Version5.1.72PHP ExtensionsongdlibUsed for image manipulation and PDF printingonimapUsed for email fetchingonxmlUsed for HTML email processing and XML APIonjsonImproves performance creating and processing JSONongettextImproves performance for non US-English configurationsonmbstringHighly recommended for non western european language content

You have gone to Admin panel -> Settings -> Autoresponder -> and confirmed that New Ticket is enabled?

Are you using any ticket filters?(if so check and make sure that Ticket auto-response: is not disabled)

Hi,I am experiencing this same issue as well.  I'm not getting alerts or autoresponders going out when a new ticket is generated via email.

I've asked the devs to take a look at this. You may want to report it on github also.

Do you still have the SMTP portion of the email box enabled for the mail account? (I presume you disabled the IMAP/POP portion). Also, what's the "default outgoing email" set to?
