Hi,i've searched a while but threads about this topic are closed or outdated.Everytime osTicket is getting an HTML-formatted E-Mail it creates an empty Ticket and displays (EMPTY) within the Ticket-Thread.Also there is this error: Unable to import attachment - CLIP-674DCEB2.jpgI repeated the installation on a brand new virtual machine (container), added the e-mail configuration.
