Hi,i've searched a while but threads about this topic are closed or outdated.Everytime osTicket is getting an HTML-formatted E-Mail it creates an empty Ticket and displays (EMPTY) within the Ticket-Thread.Also there is this error: Unable to import attachment - CLIP-674DCEB2.jpgI repeated the installation on a brand new virtual machine (container), added the e-mail configuration. I only do the minimalistic setup to recieve and send e-mails to avoid other problems or misconfigurations.Logfiles:root@vmOsTicket02:/var/log# cat mail*Jan 29 10 vmOsTicket02 postfix/master: daemon started -- version 2.9.6, configuration /etc/postfixJan 29 10 vmOsTicket02 postfix/master: daemon started -- version 2.9.6, configuration /etc/postfixroot@vmOsTicket02:/var/log# cat apache2/error.log Graceful restart requested, doing restart Apache/2.2.22 (Debian) PHP/5.4.4-14+deb7u7 configured -- resuming normal operations File does not exist: /var/www/favicon.ico File does not exist: /var/www/favicon.ico Nothing elseSending Mail via SMTPDebian 7.0 within a Container-Enviroment (Proxmox)Linux vmOsTicket02 2.6.32-18-pve #1 SMP Mon Jan 21 12 CET 2013 i686 GNU/LinuxNo PHP-Errors displayedCatching the Mails via IMAP, Standard Port, SSL every 5 MinutesServer Information

Hi, still got this Problem. Is there nobody with the same problem? On a fresh installed and untouched system i can't imagine i'm the only one.

I would report this problem on github and/or see if its already been reported over there.
