Alert works through mail - but not through web form

HiI have osTicket (1.7-git) installed on a Debian linux server.Using SMTP through gmail to send out e-mails.When submitting a mail, I recieve alerts of new ticket just fine.When submitting a web-form ticket, suddenly we recieve no alerts.All auto-responses are enabled (no where is disabled).Anybody have this issue ?

I didn't have this problem when I was running 1.7.x, but I also upgraded to 1.8 as soon as it was released. If memory serves there was something like eight 1.7.x releases, which one are you using?My first suggestion is that you upgrade. 1.8.0.1 is the current version as of this writing.
