Hi,We've just upgraded to 1.8 (installation information attached).blankSince the upgrade, all emails sent by osTicket have been blank; have no message body (0 characters when you view source). This seems to be true for all Exchange accounts (Office 365, Outlook.com) but Gmail appears to be unaffected.Has anyone else experienced this and/or found a solution? What's odd is that the message itself is sent and delivered correctly, but has no content.

What do you see when you go to Admin panel -> Emails -> Templates?Additionally when you click on in-use template:1. what color are the links?2. do you have anything in the template entries? Also 1.8.0.1 is out and has several bug fixes.  You may want to upgrade to it.

Hi, please find the relevant screen grabs below. I've tried resaving the templates, checking each wildcard used, switching templates and checked the database entries too.blank

Hi,We have been able to fix it, I'm going to ask the team for an explanation of how they did this for you to implement.
