Hi guys.I have osTicket v.1.6 and here's my problem. The user can open a ticket fine and they will recieve the email. I opened a ticket using a gmail address then I tried a different domain and the ticket info was sent to the gmail address but not to the other domain that I used. Another problem that i'm having is that it will send ticket alert emails to the admin but not to any of the staff.I suspect that it is caused by spam, but it is nowhere to be found in my email (not the gmail one.)
