Let me try to simplify/clarify itWhen a user receives an EMAIL there is supposed to be a REPLY SEPARATOR  line included at the TOP of the EMAIL!I have the REPLY SEPARATOR defined as :  ##- Please type your reply above this line -##I have checked the 2 option boxes (Email Polling and Strip Quoted Reply)The Email does NOT include the REPLY SEPARATOR!!!!!Running osTicket version: 1.8.0.1

I've just taken the time to try this on both my personal osticket implementation (1.8.0.1) and supportsystem.com and it work on both just fine. I am using the default setting for reply seperator at: Check admin panel -> Settings -> Emails -> under Incoming emails -> "Reply Separator Tag", with "Strip Quoted Reply" checked.

I too am having problems with this, the quoted reply is not stripped.I have the strip option checked and am using POP3 polling :/
