Hi.. i would like to know why my osticket alert send to my email only when i log in into my osticket dashboard? when I create ticket in 8 AM and set the SLA into 30 minutes, at 9 AM. I still not receive any ticket alert that warn me about overdue ticket, it only send alert when I log in to my osticket dashboard then I get ticket alert.

 

what I must do to make ticket alert send normaly, without I sign in into dashboard the system still warn me / send me email about ticket that almost overdue or overdue.

PS: My Osticket version is 1.7-git

Have you setup cron or windows task scheduler to run cron.php?  Other wise it only checks on staff activity.More information can be found in the wiki here: POP3/IMAP Settings.
