When I first installed os ticket, all the auto repliers had it set so when the client clicked on the links to view update status of the ticket, it would take them directly there.  Well, apparently something happend and now it only takes them to the ticket list.  What variable is needed?I have tried these 2:%{ticket.client_link}%{ticket.number}

%{ticket.client_link}%{ticket.id}

both are just taking them to the ticket list.

Isn't it just<a href="%{ticket.client_link}">

When they click the link for the first time..it logs them in and takes them straight to the ticket.  If they do it a second time..it just takes them to a list of their tickets.
