How does the multi language works? I'd like to use it in spanish I installed your 1.7RC version and it's not appearing lang option at any place.

hotwired007 version has 'only' a new design (nevertheless a good work).
The version with multilanguage is from me and will be published in a few days (with hotwirded007 design which I find useful and much more modern then the original).
Sorry for the confusion ... but I am sure that the version with multilanguage will fit many needs.
One final note: all language vars are in seperate files.
Therefore any translation can be made very quick and easily.
The package will come with German and English as default.
Simply translate for example the english files into your desired language - rename the folder into your language (e.g. fr-FR, it-IT, es-ES or es-MX etc.) ... viola you can operate the ticket system in your language (beside the 2 standard).
If you do not need them (or one of them) just disable them.
The version can have as many languages enabled as you need.
Clients can choose at every step which language they want to have.
Admins (staff) also.
A few things have to be done for the backend, but frontend (the most important I think) is completely ready.
