I have two minor problems I can't seem to figure out how to fix with OSticket and was hoping someone could help me.

I want to completely disable the timeout for staff. I need to stay logged in and updating tickets while I work. I have set staff session timeout to 0, and yet my session still gets timed out.

My second issue is my site is secured with SSL. When I log into the staff panel I get page not found because I am being directed o http:// rather than https://.(https://.) Seems like this hard coded somewhere but I can't find it. Everything else works fine with SSL.
