After entering under 'Feedback & Suggestions' I saw this section, so here it goes again.

Recently I had a near disaster while entering a very long ticket for someone using osTicket. Fortunately, I made a 'copy' of my ticket before trying to post it. BUT when I went to post it said that I had to login again and wiped out my entire post! If I hadn't made a 'copy' of my ticket before trying to post it I would have been out of over 30-45 minutes of work.

So for the next release I sure would appreciate a correction to this time bomb.

I agree, even when you change the settings that I happened to sending the new settings were not saved and I was asked to re-login, after making the settings were not new ones and it was all over redone.

You are commenting on an extremely old thread; 12 years old in fact. That's 2 years away from being able to get a learner's permit here in the US. You will likely get no response here. If you have an issue please make a new discussion or comment on a more recent one within the past year or so.
