Hi,
Long time user of OSTicket 1.6 RC4. I love it, it's a great piece of software and now an essential toool I use everyday. I have been using it for a year and a half with no issues until a day ago when it just stopped picking up POP3 emails. I run Exchange 2007 and have a mailbox defined for osticket. I turned on logging for the POP3 service and manually ran the command from my crontab to see what was happening:
(Note I stripped out all the time and date stamps to make it easy tor read.)

OSTicket seems to download 1 message and then abruptly quit. I am not sure where ot go from here, as I don't wait to loose the waiting emails.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
