I posted internal note. However, after submitting it, I can't find it anywhere on the ticket I created : Does anybody know where I can check to see Internal Note? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Internal notes should appear in the ticket view, below the ticket information, but above the replies.

Maybe try again, and post back if you continue to have problems.

Out of interest, what did you do/have to change to get it working again - just for reference incase somebody else hits the same problem in the future :)

Good point - otherwise others will ask the same question, and it will need to be followed up!! Saves everyone's time if they can find an answer on the forums without asking!!
